The 230 is that this has a heart rate monitor now that I told you guys all that I’m gonna get behind a camera and show you guys how to use it so the first thing is that the top left button it turns on the light you can barely see it it’s for when like you’re in the dark you can’t see you see it a little bit and then on the bottom left you have an up and down button. I mostly use it down so if you go one down it shows you your heart rate right here shows you the low and the high for the last four hours and down.
